Chris, the service tech, called me when he was 40 minutes away to let me know when to expect him. He showed up on time and was very professional. Clean attire, clean van, very well organized, and knowledgeable. He was very pleasant with a positive attitude and eager to get going. He had the various Moen parts required in his truck which was really satisfying that he wouldn’t have to come back another day.

He fixed another plumbers mess which required him to cut through a cabinet and a wall to access the water line. He had the right equipment and not only created the access he needed but put the wall and cabinet back together where you can hardly notice. He cleaned up after himself. All my plumbing issues were resolved and at a very fair price without the usual 07760 surcharge we seem to get around here…
