We want to thank you again for coming to our rescue.

On the evening of Friday, May 10 we returned home at about 9:15 after being out for dinner to find our house flooded because of a water main line into the house having broken. Water was everywhere in our house. After calls to the police and eventually public works the water was finally shut off. Saturday morning was a call to the insurance company to report the incident.

The next call was to Archer Plumbing, I wanted to be sure we would get a call first thing Monday morning so you could get someone out to look over the situation and schedule the repairs ASAP.

Within an hour of our initial call on Saturday morning, you called us to be sure we were ok.

I knew someone would be at our house between 09:00 a.m. and noon. Since we were staying in a hotel for a while and had to come back to our house I was very happy to see your big red truck parked in front of our house when I arrived, and it was great to see a friendly face in Mike. He was the same person who helped us out about 5 years ago when we had a gas leak and needed a new line installed (again it was an emergency situation)..

I was expecting to get a quote and schedule the work for later in the week but but no, Mike and Adam got to work right away and the water was back on by noon. It was great to know we were in good hands with your company.

Hopefully no more emergencies – just routine faucet leaks or new hot water heater installation.
